이번달 부트스트랩 커피를 받으면 추가로 2봉지 더 주문했습니다.
1. Costa Rica La Perla del Cafe

올해 부트스트랩에서 2년째 거래한다는 농장의 커피입니다. 이메일로도 좋다고 자랑하기도 해서 기대중입니다.
Speaking of the cup, there is an aroma of fresh nut butter and wild honey.  Expect almond, peanut and some caramel.  Also, look for a mandarin orange/orange marmalade sweetness and just a hint of fresh herbs.  The body is full; the acidity is mellower but matched nicely with an abundance of sweetness!
2. Ethiopia Washed Yirgacheffe Beriti
일단 오늘 받자마자 개봉해서 에티오피아 한잔 했는데, 역시 부트스트랩 답게 재미나게 볶았네요. 향도 좋고, 산미가 아주 톡쏘는 느낌이 아니라 부드럽게 감싸는 느낌입니다. 제 개인적인 감상으로는 아래 테이스팅 노트중 가장 잘 어울리는 말이 “sweet tea”입니다. 후회하지 않을 맛이라 생각되네요. ^^
Densely sweet with peach, sweet tea and brown sugar notes.  It has a tart lemon acidity, perfumed floral aromatics and a delicate body.  This coffee is an absolute joy!
