이번에 시켰던 커피 중 가장 제 입맛을 사로잡았던 커피입니다.
케냐랑 기본 톤은 비슷한 편이고, 봉투를 열었을 때 향이 워낙 압도적으로 좋았던 기억입니다.
산미가 상당히 좋습니다.
In the cup, look for a big berry juiciness with a key lime acidity up front.  There is really complex floral aroma reminiscent of jasmine.  This coffee has tons and tons of body, and finishes with a deep, rich caramel and honey depth.  This coffee has tons of lively character!  It is a real treat!

부트스트랩 버전은 맛본 적이 없고,
루비 버전으로 한번 맛본 적이 있는데, 제가 가진 인도네시아 커피에 대한 선입견을 깨버린 커피입니다.
루비 버전은 케냐 피베리랑 비슷한 톤이면서도 상당히 달달한 느낌의 커피였습니다.

We taste flavors of cola, plum and ripe honeycrisp apple.  There is a tart, white grapefruit acidity and complex floral aroma.  The cup is rounded out by a full body and a lingering jamminess!

This coffee is truly delicious!

지인께서 지난번 주문에 DIY를 드셨는데, 마음에 들어 하시더군요. 아마 맛난 커피일 것이라 예상됩니다.

 Currently, this is 50% Brazil Fazenda Rainha, 40% Colombia Tolima Select, 10% Ethiopia ECX.

We recommend the following recipe:

  • 20 grams dose weight
  • 28-30 grams beverage weight
  • 25 seconds
  • 8-10 days off roast

D.I.Y. also tastes great as a brewed coffee blend, particularly with heavier brews such as French Press or Aeropress. We recommend a 1:15 coffee to water ratio.
